The PATCH table is an extendable dining table that combines a minimalist shape with a friendly design. Determined to create a table that would suit the needs of a modern family, designer Hee Welling made several prototypes before being satisfied. The result was Patch, an extendable dining table that uses a butterfly extension technique to provide seating for more people. Its wooden base is surmounted by a smooth laminate top. The teardrop legs and rounded corners add subtle design details, as do the metal patches on each leg that hold it securely together. The table is available in two sizes: 180 x 90 cm or 240 x 100 cm and are both extendable to 100 cm.
