Colonel reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions of sale. In case of modification, will be applied to each order the general terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order.
Prices are quoted in euros. They do not include shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the item and are mentioned at the time of finalizing the purchase. Colonel reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Products will be charged to the buyer on the basis of the rates at the time of validation of the order.
Payment for purchases made by credit card (Credit card, Visa and Master Card), bank transfer and paypal. Payment is made directly to the secure server of our bank.
All data entered to process the payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
The seller retains full ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the principal price, including taxes and fees.
Effective delivery risk goods are transferred to the customer.
The product offer is valid while stocks last.
A lack of availability of products, Colonel will inform the customer by email as soon as possible. Buyer may choose to maintain the order, exchange the unavailable product against another product or cancel the order. In case of order cancellation refunds will be made within 30 days of purchase.
Subject to availability, orders will be shipped within a period of 3 to 10 working days (excluding public holidays) for metropolitan France, and 10-30 days for overseas.
Orders are shipped by express mail service (Colissimo with signing ...) depending on the nature and dimensions of the package. The products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer at the completion of the purchase. In case of error in the wording of the delivery address by the buyer, Colonel can not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of ordered products for. In this case, the costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the buyer.

Upon delivery, especially for furniture, the customer or recipient will necessarily proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier to check the status of products. If the product (s) damaged (s) or product (s) broken (s) resulting from the transport, the customer must refuse the parcel and indicating the abnormality on the right of return and inform COLONEL shop in the most promptly.
It is important that the client reports on the delivery note the damage found on the delivered products. If these indications are not given on the delivery slip presented to the customer by the carrier, no claim will be accepted after the event by Colonel shop.
Pursuant to Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return to its cost, the products that do not satisfy him. Products must be returned in their original packaging in resalable condition. Any product returned damaged will not be refunded.
