ABOUT A STOOL 33 Stool, designed by Hee Weeling and edited by HAY. Front upholstery.

  • Caracteristics:
    • Seat: Injection moulded polypropylene shell with full upholstery, 10 mm foam.
    • Base: Moulded plywood base. Inner plywood in beech, top veneer in soaped oak, lacquered oak, black lacquered oak or lacquered walnut.
    • Footrest: Black powder coated steel or stainless steel footrest.
  • Dimensions:
    • Low: W 47 x D 43 x H 75 cm - seat height 65 cm
    • High: W 50 x D 46 x H 85 cm - seat height 75 cm
  • You can add a set of 4 felt gliders (for 11€).

The About series is a true pragmatist, able to blend in or stand out, depending on the task it is assigned. Dramatize the silhouette with heavier upholstery, or opt for more subtle materials and colours. The many colour, upholstery and frame options are a particularly strong feature that allows you to tweak the design without compromising the basic concept.

About a Stool is the bar stool of the series. It has the same capacity for transformation as the other members of the family and ranges from a minimalist and simple plastic stool to a more full-bodied upholstered version. With its Nordic legs in lacquered or soap-finished oak or black-stained ash wood, About a Stool has a strong visual presence and feet planted firmly on the ground.
